Refund policy

We want to ensure that you love the products you purchase from us. See below for details on returns and exchanges.

What is your return policy?

Items must be postmarked for return to Maoli within 14 days of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. No refunds will be accepted on discounted or sale items.

Only items with original tags and packaging that have not been used, washed, or altered can be exchanged or returned for a full refund.

Return shipping will be provided by Maoli on all accepted returns or exchanges for US domestic shipments. We do not offer return shipping for international sales. International customers are responsible for covering the return shipping.

What if an item arrived damaged?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How do I ship my return back to you?

To return your product, please first reach out to us in order to verify the order return eligibility and obtain a valid shipping return label. Once you have been emailed the return label, please follow the specific return instructions provided with the label. If you have found a discrepancy in any shipping information, please immediately reach out to us at maolihawaii@gmail.com.

When will I get refunded for my returned item?

Once your return package has been received and inspected, we will notify you to let you know if the refund was approved or not.

Once approved, we will refund the original payment method within 15 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your return has completed processing. Please allow up to 48 hours for the refund to show up in your account.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at maolihawaii@gmail.com.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
